Campervans : the museum car park is not suitable for campervans. However, overnight parking is permitted. The nearest motorhome sites are located in the towns of Azay-le-Rideau and Villaines-les-Rochers; please consult the interactive map provided by the Azay-Chinon Val de Loire Tourist Office to find them.
Accueil Vélo is the guarantee for the cyclist of an establishment:
- Located within 5 km of a cycling route
- With equipment suitable for cyclists: secure bicycle parking and a repair kit available at reception.

Bookshop-boutique area: sale of drinks (Balzac tea and coffee, fruit juice and mineral water on sale), books (in French and in English), stationery, calligraphy, Touraine groceries, clothes, jewellery, candles, mugs, games...
For babies : changing table (at the WC) ; space for pushchair and bottle warmer available at the reception.

Services in the village : catering (gourmet restaurant L’Auberge du XIIe siècle, bakery), accommodation (guest rooms, stopover gîte) and shops (bar Le Balzac, grocery store).
In fine weather, deckchairs are available to visitors in the museum park.

Pets are not allowed inside the site.
